Therapist responsibilities include initial assessments, individual, group, and family sessions, community collaboration, case management, file maintenance, and court appearances. We offer our full-time employees:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Full Caseload is equal to 25 Hours per Week (50 per Pay Period)

• Flexible Schedule

• Generous PTO - One hour per nine paid hours - a Minimum of 135 hours annually
  (Equivalent to 3 Weeks of Paid Vacation and 10 Holidays Based on Minimum Caseload)

• PTO/Sick Leave Total Value to the Employee Between $2500 and $6500 dollars annually-depending on compensation rate and hours worked.
